As an EN ISO/IEC 17020 accredited inspection body, OFI offers inspection procedures in various fields. In addition to geosynthetics and waterproofing membranes and their use on construction sites, OFI inspectors also monitor the production of bulk packaging and transport packaging for dangerous goods (ADR), coatings, pipes, valves, fittings, hydrants and UV devices for disinfecting drinking water. We are familiar with the requirements of various certifiers in Europe and can take these into account in the inspection process.
With their specific, technical know-how, our accredited inspectors travel all over the world and carry out initial and external inspections. Normally, the audits take place directly on site at the plants. During the corona pandemic, being flexible as we are at OFI, we also made it possible for remote audits to be conducted.
